How to Join ?

Artists from the field of Cartoon, Dance, Music, Painting, Photography, Sculpture and Theatre can Join this site by adding their Profile / Art works. There are 3 sections (1) Directory (2) Exhibition (3) Gallery for Artists to Join.

Procedure
1. Keep full Bio-data and Details of Work ready, preferably in a Note pad file to copy and paste.
2. Get photo of Artist(PP Size) and photo of Work(PC Size), Edit them to *Format: JPG/GIF. *File Size: Below 40Kb. Rename the files with the Artist's Name and the Art work's Title.
3. Fill up the Forms carefully and SUBMIT.   Join >>

(1) Directory
Top List - Profile with photos (INR.100)
Bottom List - Profile without photos (Free)

(2) Exhibition
Solo/Group show planned by Artists - 20-50 Art works (INR.20/Work/Month + 20% on sale)
Group show planned by the Site Director - 1-5 Art works/Artist (Free + 30% on sale)

1. Bio-data with Photo of Artist and Photo of Art works with Details to be Submitted Online.
2. Art works without full details will be rejected, and selection by the Jury will be final.
3. Artists should be in possession of the Original Art works during Exhibition.
4. Shipping of the work to the buyer have to be managed by the concerned Artist.
5. Profile of the Artists viewed during the Exhibition will be from the Artist's Directory of this site.

Ordering Art works

Orders for Art works to any country can be made through the forms provided. Additional shipping charges apply to all international orders. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer, and must be paid at the time of delivery.

Shipping Policy

The Art works are shipped by the Artist / Exhibitor to the buyer according to the special instructions to avoid damages.
Art works are shipped with / without frame and the prices quoted are without shipping and handling charges.
Soon after the Art work is received, buyer has to send a message (Buyer's Satisfactory Certificate).
The Artist will not be paid until the Buyer's Satisfactory Certificate is received (Curing period) to ensure the Art works reached the buyer is genuine and correct. Other wise arrangement for return and refund will be activated.

Tracking Orders

Email message with the Tracking number will be send to the buyer the day the Art work is shipped.
